Dr. Meena Singh is the Founder and Lead Trainer at Meena Yoga. With her educational background in Science, she is more than well equipped to possess a blend of tradition and modernity. In addition, she also has a specialised Bachelor degree in Education to go with her training as certified Yoga instructor. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching, administration and Yoga, she is rightly poised to share her vast repertoire of knowledge with her students. Even more important are her qualities of humility, compassion, love and a keen desire to share her experiences and bring a positive change in the lives of fellow human beings.
