Decoris Beauty And Wellness LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "DECORIS") provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed a part of and included within these terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please review our Privacy Policy so that you may understand our privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy can be found in later part of the document.

Products and Services for Personal Use

The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to orders placed through this Site:

1. Processing: All orders shall be subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions. Orders may only be made by individuals who are over the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not contain a valid address. Pricing stated on the Site may be changed at any time. You will be billed for your order at the time it is placed. Taxes shall be applied to the billed amount and shall be based upon the region the order is to be delivered. You may only purchase or order products for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted.
2. Returns & Replacement :Decoris takes pride in making sure the customer gets what he sees and sees what he expects. Each and every product of ours will be comprehensively tested and tried. On grounds of production deformities and shortcomings, the customer will be entitled a complete no questions asked replacement. However, an exchange request can only be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. On grounds of complaint of the customer, we will take the product back provided we receive our material in uncompromising condition. Once product is received by us, it needs to pass inspection procedure to make sure the product is unused, unopened and in same condition as sent in. When all grounds are clear, we will dispatch then customer's desired exchanged product or refund the amount. In case of exchange the order should be of the same or higher order value as the returned order. Please note that only a part of the order cannot be exchanged. Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
   *In case of COD orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.

The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it. 

1. Quantity Limits: DECORIS reserves the right to impose additional limits to the quantities and products which you, your family or any group can purchase, to reject, correct, cancel or refuse orders, and to determine accounts in its discretion including, without limitation, if DECORIS believes that your conduct contravenes applicable law or is harmful to the interests of DECORIS. If you have any questions, please contact us.
2. Delivery: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated in the order; however, DECORIS will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. Where delivery is delayed, DECORIS will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Fraud: In order to protect you and DECORIS from fraudulent transactions, DECORIS may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third-party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. DECORIS also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this Site to certain addresses. In the event that DECORIS chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to you will be refunded.
4. Discounts: DECORIS may cancel any order and/or refuse to accept or redeem any promotion code, discount or offer that DECORIS believes to be fraudulent, improperly obtained or is not being redeemed by the intended recipient of the promotion code, discount or offer.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Intellectual Property

All information and content available on the Site and its "look and feel", including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, and the compilation and organization thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property of DECORIS, our affiliates, partners or licensors, and is protected by INDIAN and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

Also, neither the Content nor any portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our express, prior written consent.

Limited Licenses

We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to: (a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any portion thereof; (b) republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Site or any and/or all Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site); (c) make any use of the Site or any and/or all Content other than personal use; (d) modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Site or any and/or all Content; (e) collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party; (f) use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing any and/or all Content; or (g) use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else's behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in DECORIS’s best interests to do so.

Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the Site, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Uttrakhand INDIA as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Dehradun. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dehradun and you submit to the jurisdiction and proceedings thereof, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors or otherwise have a cause of action in equity, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in any such court for such purposes. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the National Arbitration Rules India Inc. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
